The Dreaded 1st Gyn Visit… doesn’t have to be!

For us women of a certain age - many of us probably remember our first pap or gyn exams - and not in a good way… 

How many can relate?? Yup, I felt the same way too. And if you ask your mom, sister, or auntie NOBODY looks forward to getting this done, but why not?

From rushed visits, to cold instruments and at times feeling out of place, no one ever wants to feel this way especially not with an exam as personal and private as your pap smear.

So imagine how nervous and uncomfortable this makes teens and young adult women feel when scheduling this type of visit for the first time?! This was a huge motivation for me in opening HER Health - to set a new, positive expectation of how this exam and gynecology health needs can be experienced!
